Our Story
Isabella is our table in Bangkok — an open kitchen at the heart of ICONSIAM, where the wood-fired oven runs all day and the dough is stretched by hand in front of you. It is the same cooking I learned in Trieste, Milan, Cortina and London, served the way I like to eat: generously, without fuss, and with a glass of something cold. Come for a slice of Pala Romana between shopping, or sit down to a plate of spaghetti alle vongole. There is always room at our table.
